The term “Tantra” comes from Sanskrit, a sacred ancient Indian language. There are several translations: Tantra can be understood as “context,” “weave,” or “continuity.” It can also mean the “innermost nature,” the “core,” or the “essence.” It is derived from the verb “tantori,” which means “to weave.”
The term allows for different interpretations. Tantra can be seen as an instrument or a path. The experiences in a Tantra massage may expand awareness, make the boundary between the physical and subtle worlds more permeable, and open our inner perception. Everything in us is integrated and allowed to be as it is. It all weaves into a beautiful tapestry that shows, without judgment, our unity of body and soul in shimmering colors.
Tantra is about physical and mental relaxation. There is no goal. What matters is the present moment. We don’t need to get anywhere—like children, we can learn to marvel at the here and now again.
Thank you for sharing this personal wish with me.
In a Tantra massage, this is not understood as a sexual act, but as a mindful, intention-free, and respectful encounter. It is about deep closeness in which you feel safe, accepted, and valued. The touch follows a clear, ritual structure and supports you in sensing your body consciously—without goals or pressure to perform.
I will accompany you step by step, in a protected setting, on the way to experiencing your first touches by a man.
You may be married to a woman or in a relationship. You may need to keep the wellness Tantra massage discreet because your partner would not allow it. I want you to know: your wish for intention-free touch and body awareness—your desire for closeness, discovery, and integration of your life energy—belongs to you alone.
A Tantra massage can help to overcome threshold fears, build trust in yourself and others, and allow you to show your vulnerability. For some, it can also be a way to receive the kind of closeness they never experienced from their father: being held, protected, able to let go.
Some men want to explore their personal orientation and relationship to their own masculinity more consciously. The wellness Tantra massage offers a professional, clearly defined, and protective framework for this.
A wellness Tantra massage is a mindful art of massage that involves the whole body. It follows a clear ritual flow and is intention-free: nothing is forced or reduced; everything that arises in the moment is received with appreciation.
The massage is performed unclothed but covered with a sheet, on a table or floor mat. After an introductory talk and an opening sequence, your body is first awakened with gentle touch. Warm oil is then used; the strokes become firmer and more dynamic to deepen body awareness.
You remain in a passive role and don’t have to give anything back. The massage is clearly distinct from prostitution and serves the respectful, conscious perception of one’s own body. There is no sexual intercourse and no sexual services.
A Tantra massage is a clearly structured, sensual full-body ritual with defined roles: the client is the receiver, the masseur the giver. The client doesn’t have to give anything back and can fully focus on sensing and experiencing.
Tantra itself has centuries-old roots in Indian philosophy and spirituality. In some classical and modern (Neo-)Tantra traditions, intimate practices and conscious energy work can be part of the practice. My work is clearly distinct from this: I do not offer sexual acts. I work with intention-free touch that serves conscious body awareness and relaxation.
Plan for about three hours together.
We start with a personal conversation to address your questions and individual wishes.
The ritual begins with a brief opening sequence. You will then lie comfortably on a heated mattress throughout. Gentle, atmospheric music or subtle nature sounds support your relaxation.
In the first part, mindful, flowing touch involves all areas of the body, aiming for deep relaxation, a quiet mind, and a holistic awareness of your body.
In the second part, warm, neutral organic coconut oil is used. The massage becomes more expansive and dynamic, helping to activate and harmonically distribute the body’s energy. Upon explicit request, supplementary applications such as lingam energy work (tantric energy work in the intimate area) or internal pelvic floor work can be integrated into the session.
After the massage you’ll have time to rest, feel, and shower. I’m happy to offer a brief debrief afterwards.
Yes, it follows a largely defined and easy-to-follow sequence that can be adapted to your needs.
Variations, leaving out certain sequences, or including new techniques are always possible. This keeps the encounter alive and authentic and avoids routine.
Yes—this is essential and non-negotiable.
Before each massage we have an in-depth conversation in a protected setting. You can ask all your questions; I can explain the exact flow again if needed and discuss any individual needs, wishes, or health considerations.
We only begin when everything important is clear for you and you feel safe and comfortable with the framework. This conversation also clarifies the clear distinction from sexual services: a Tantra massage is a mindful, intention-free ritual with a defined structure—no escort service and no prostitution.
In our setting the roles are clear and nourishing: you as the client are the receiver (the one being gifted), and I as the bodyworker am the giver who accompanies you. That means you may fully let go into the touch without having to give anything back.
While you focus on yourself, I am fully present with you—mindful and open to whatever wants to show up in the moment.
This clarity gives you the space to feel safe and to immerse yourself in your own experience.
Absolutely—you have my word.
Everything that happens and is discussed within our setting remains confidential.
The work takes place on a soft mattress on the floor. Lying down, turning over, and getting up again requires a certain level of mobility.
If it’s difficult for you to get onto the floor or stand up safely (e.g., due to knee, hip, or back issues), I’m unfortunately unable to offer the massage—for your safety and my responsibility as the provider.
The session also includes a walk to a shower located at a higher level, in flip-flops. For people with limited sure-footedness this can pose additional risk.
Some elements of the massage as I practice it also require a degree of flexibility.
For these reasons, I cannot offer Tantra massage to people with significant mobility limitations.
Minor eczema is usually not an obstacle; I can work around affected areas. Please note, however, that massage oil may soothe or irritate an eczema depending on your sensitivity—this can’t be predicted in advance.
Acute or extensive eczema should be medically clarified before a massage and is often a reason to postpone it.
Because my work involves close and direct touch, inflamed skin areas may mean some elements cannot be performed or only to a limited extent.
It’s also important that you feel comfortable in your body and can relax. Larger or acute skin changes can impair this and may therefore be a valid reason to refrain from a massage in some cases.
My work requires some mobility, as we work on a soft mattress on the floor. Getting up, lying down, or turning over can be challenging for some people.
I have a slim build and reach my physical limits with higher body weight. From around 95 kg (≈ 210 lbs), I can’t deliver the massage in the usual quality and some elements won’t be feasible. For this reason, I offer my massages only up to that weight.
Everyone carries physical or emotional traces of life. Some are visible, others not. In our conversation I’ll ask about any such specifics so I can adapt my work accordingly.
If you prefer, I’ll treat sensitive or injured areas with special care—or avoid them altogether. Scars usually aren’t an obstacle. Painful or not yet fully healed areas are not massaged to ensure your safety and comfort.
Traumatic experiences can happen at any stage of life and on many levels. Often they’re accompanied by emotions that couldn’t be fully processed at the time because they were overwhelming. The organism then protects itself by suppressing them—yet they can still have an effect in the background.
If you’ve found your way to my site, you’ve likely already taken a big step toward change, more freedom, and inner clarity.
Whenever you choose to try bodywork: your inner self decides which sensations and memories may surface—and which don’t. My task is to accompany you mindfully and to offer a safe framework. You can pause the massage at any time if it feels like too much in the moment.
From my own experience, mindful bodywork can be deeply supportive in dealing with trauma. The mind helps us to a point, but the path to integrating what happened often opens only when we consciously perceive the body and give it space.
I can understand how difficult the path can be afterward. What happened to you was deeply hurtful and unjust—and you are not alone.
Trauma often arises when experiences are so overwhelming they can’t be processed in the moment. Our organism protects us by suppressing them.
Whether a Tantra massage is helpful in your current situation depends on where you are in your processing. That can’t be answered from afar.
The bodywork is intention-free, respectful, and guided by clear boundaries. It does not aim at sexual acts but at mindful, non-exploitative touch in a protected framework. You decide what’s okay at all times and can interrupt the session at any point. Tantra massages can thus be a meaningful way to approach your injuries and transform them into a new life feeling.
Some men with similar experiences report that they could experience touch positively again—without transgression or abuse of power. This can help rebuild trust in one’s own body and in interpersonal closeness.
If you’d like to learn more about my own path and stance, you’ll find more information here: besondere Menschen.
I understand your concern and want to put you at ease.
A wellness Tantra massage does not require sexual performance. The focus is not potency or a specific outcome, but the mindful perception and experience of your own body. Your life energy is allowed to unfold naturally—without pressure or goals.
Simply allow yourself to be in the moment, feel inward, and experience the sensations and possibilities within you.
Come as you are—you’re welcome either way. Shaving is not a requirement. If you feel more comfortable shaved in certain areas, you may do so of course. The only thing I ask: please come well-groomed, as we’ll be in close contact during the session.
Since we’ll be very close during our time together, it’s important that you’ve showered right before the session—not just earlier that day.
This isn’t only about hygiene and mutual respect. It also helps to consciously leave the day behind. Showering is a small ritual to wash away the day’s impressions and energies and open up to something new. This way you can enjoy the massage unburdened and fully immerse yourself in the experience.
I, too, am always freshly showered and well-groomed so you can feel comfortable at all times. If you couldn’t shower beforehand, you’re welcome to use my bathroom before we begin.
Please bring a large bath towel, a small hand towel, flip-flops, and your personal toiletries. You won’t need anything else.
I recommend avoiding smoking, coffee, and heavy meals beforehand. These can burden the body, stimulate the circulation artificially, or feel uncomfortable—especially when lying on your stomach for a while. For deep relaxation, your nervous system shouldn’t be additionally stimulated so the parasympathetic system (our relaxation nerve) can work optimally.
It also helps me if you come without coffee, onion, garlic, or smoke smells, so my concentration isn’t affected.
A professional Tantra massage usually lasts at least two hours, often longer. I plan at least two and a half hours for my ritual. Time is a key quality factor and clearly distinguishes serious wellness Tantra massages from shorter offers that aim at sexual gratification.
Only within a longer time frame can body, mind, and soul drop into a deep calm where relaxation and energetic flow unfold. Your body needs to trust intention-free touch; letting go happens once safety and a sense of being held are present. That cannot be rushed.
Often the time flies by: your sense of time dissolves and we arrive fully in the here and now.
Nothing needs to be embarrassing in our encounter.
Bodily reactions can occur during a massage. They are a natural response to touch, relaxation, and presence. They are neither the goal nor a disturbance and are received mindfully and without judgment.
In a Tantra massage, performance or “functioning” is not the focus, but intention-free, mindful touch. Everything that occurs in this protected space may simply be there—without judgments or expectations.
That is perfectly fine. Some people experience deep relaxation; others feel energized or clearer inside. Whatever happens (or doesn’t) is welcome as it is.
Many men report profound, positive sensations regardless of any visible bodily reaction—especially those who, for example, have experienced changes after prostate surgery.
You don’t need to prove anything to me with a bodily reaction. The experience is intention-free and non-judgmental—the energy flow is there either way.
Intense reactions can occur during a Tantra massage. They are neither the aim nor the focus of my work. The massage is a mindful, ritual offering of touch that is not oriented toward sexual gratification and is not a sexual service.
Intense responses are natural reflexes that we neither judge nor force. Touch remains respectful and within the agreed framework at all times.
In a wellness Tantra massage everything that wants to show up is welcome: deep relaxation, a pleasant sense of well-being, or even stillness. Everything may flow without expectations.
A specific outcome is not our goal. Enter the session as relaxed as possible, notice what is happening within you, and allow yourself not to force anything.
I view all areas of the body as equally valuable. Nothing is judged or excluded—unless you wish it. From the beginning, and with your consent, all body areas may be included mindfully and intention-free.
Before the massage we calmly clarify whether I may touch your entire body and whether there are areas I should skip or only touch with particular care. These agreements are of course respected.
You can always say during the session if something doesn’t feel right, or if you want an area to be touched again—or not anymore. Your well-being always has top priority.
Working with the internal pelvic floor can make sense, but it is not a mandatory part of a wellness Tantra massage. If included, I proceed with great mindfulness, sensitivity, and respect. Pelvic floor work serves solely to relax muscles—which are chronically tense in many men—and has no sexual orientation. It is part of mindful health care and relaxation of urogenital functions.
A Tantra massage is a complete, coherent ritual even without internal pelvic floor work.
We do not practice sexual union during the massage. Throughout, you remain the receiver: the focus is your experience, not mine.
If I notice that you seek contact with me or get distracted from yourself, I’ll gently guide you back to yourself and the process. If that isn’t possible, I reserve the right to end the massage early and not continue it.
During the massage the focus is entirely on your experience. Touching me is generally not part of the session. If, in the course of the session, the wish arises to hold my hand or rest your head on my shoulder, we can allow this situationally and only within the scope of non-sexual touch. Any form of sexual touching or approach is excluded.
Depending on the flow, there can be close physical contact in a Tantra massage. Physical reactions or reflexes may arise on either side due to increased energy flow. These are natural and are neither judged nor understood as an invitation to sexual acts.
Certain techniques or positions may lead to unintended closeness. This is purely functional—not sexually motivated. Any deliberate sexual act is excluded.
For wide, flowing strokes I use neutral, unscented organic coconut oil. For hands and feet I use a high-quality organic body lotion.
Before the massage I clarify any intolerances or allergies to these products with you.
I value health-conscious, skin-friendly materials and deliberately avoid irritating or environmentally harmful ingredients like silicones. I do not use essential oils, as their effects can be very strong and may trigger unwanted reactions physically or psychologically.
My aim is that your skin receives only well-tolerated, high-quality natural products—for your well-being and health.
Of course! Nothing is more uncomfortable than lying on the mat with a full bladder. That applies to me as well. And no worries—we’ll easily find our way back into the ritual afterward.
The atmosphere is usually quiet and relaxed. From time to time I’ll briefly check in—how you’re feeling, whether the pressure is pleasant, etc. A short answer or gesture is enough. If I want you to change position, I’ll announce it gently in a few words.
You are of course free to speak at any time. Our setting leaves room for whatever wants to arise. Contented or joyful sounds are welcome. And yes, it’s okay to laugh—the encounter is meant to be soothing and pleasant.
You don’t need to do anything—you are the one being gifted. Receive, enjoy, and notice yourself attentively. Allow yourself to fully relax, let go of responsibility and thoughts about “what’s next.” Trust your body and soul to take the lead here and let your mind remain in the role of observer.
Important: you don’t have to endure anything.
In our talk we’ll clarify if there are areas I should only touch carefully or not at all. During the massage, unpleasant sensations may arise—and that’s exactly when it’s important to tell me, with words or a gesture.
You don’t have to go through anything that doesn’t feel right. For me that isn’t criticism, but valuable feedback that makes the massage more pleasant and effective for you. It helps me accompany you better.
If I’m unsure whether something feels good for you, I’ll ask.
You can always express what you especially enjoy—through words, a gesture, or contented sounds (which are of course welcome). I’m happy to repeat touches you like and adjust the flow accordingly.
The ritual follows a red thread but intentionally leaves room for individual additions or variations. That way I can orient myself to what is good for you in the moment and deepen those experiences for you.
That’s completely fine. A Tantra massage intentionally offers plenty of room for individual variations. Even though I follow a red thread, I adapt the flow flexibly and let myself be guided by the moment—so I can tailor the massage to your needs and respect your wishes at any time.
It’s impossible to predict exactly how body, mind, and soul will respond to intensive touch. Some people experience deep mental or physical relaxation; others feel as if they were in another world. Emotions such as sadness, anger, or pain may surface—tears as well—or sudden muscular contractions that wave through the body. You may feel physically aroused or activated. The body can become especially sensitive, so each touch is perceived more intensely and pleasantly.
Everything that happens is allowed and has its place. The massage follows what shows up in the moment. So enter without expectations and simply observe what comes.
After the massage you’ll be oiled from head to toe. The organic oils I use are high-quality, skin-friendly, and nourishing—but they don’t always wash out of clothing easily. You’re of course welcome to shower and freshen up right afterwards.
Take time to feel and reflect. Go for a walk. Don’t analyze or explain the experience right away. Let your mind linger in a gentle in-between state.
After a Tantra massage you’ll likely feel yourself differently—deeper, wider. Don’t jump back into everyday life immediately; avoid rushing and checking your phone. Give yourself moments of quiet, a walk, or retreat so the experience can settle.
You’ve experienced something valuable and unique in these two and a half hours of time-out. Keep that space open a little longer before stress and everyday thoughts knock again.
Physically: drink enough water, rest, and sleep. Avoid nicotine, caffeine, and heavy food for a few hours to support relaxation. Not scheduling anything right after the massage can be an advantage.
For my work and our time together, I receive a financial exchange that you hand me in cash at the beginning. That way you can remain with your experience after the massage and don’t have to deal with organization.
Sometimes thoughts or feelings arise afterwards that you may want to share. That doesn’t have to be anything difficult.
If you’d like to tell me about your experience, I’m happy to hear from you.
Please note that I don’t offer ongoing psychological therapy. I do have extensive experience in body-oriented and psychological work with people through my studies in social work/social pedagogy and nearly 30 years of self-reflection with various therapeutic forms. Still, for topics requiring deeper processing, I’ll refer you to qualified colleagues.
My first question would be: why do they want to be present— to learn the massage, to see what’s good for you, to experience a particular thrill, or something else?
In its essence, a Tantra massage is a protected space where you can stay fully with yourself and set aside all everyday responsibilities (for work, family, or partnership). It’s a deliberately egocentric moment focused solely on you.
A third person’s presence could distract you from yourself and affect my concentration and inner calm while working. For these reasons I don’t allow additional people to be present during the massage.
Yes, I can. I offer this—see here.
Yes, you can. You’ll find my offer here.
I’d ask back: what exactly makes you feel that way?
There is no sexual intercourse in a Tantra massage. It’s not about “cheating,” but about mindful, intention-free touch and experiencing your body as a whole. You can perceive yourself as a whole human being, feel yourself, and consciously gift yourself this time.
This experience belongs primarily to you. Partners often benefit too: the more you are with yourself, the more inner calm, balance, and care you can bring into the relationship.
Many of our ideas of “allowed” or “forbidden” stem from ingrained conventions and beliefs. Some are helpful; others can be limiting. If an inner voice says this experience is “wrong,” ask whether it’s truly your voice—or adopted from outside.
A Tantra massage can help you be closer to yourself again, feel your body more deeply, and set down responsibility for a while.
Please cancel as early as possible if you can’t make it. Try to avoid same-day cancellations, as it’s hardly possible for me to rebook the slot. That keeps things fair for me and for others who would like an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged at half the fee.
Already in my twenties, health issues—triggered by past trauma—led me to engage deeply with body and psyche. Conventional medicine couldn’t help with many chronic complaints, so over decades I experienced various forms of psychotherapy and developed new perspectives that formed a stable life foundation.
In parallel I learned alternative approaches that combine well with psychotherapy, particularly Rolfing, Autogenic Training, and Hakomi trauma work. As a piano teacher (my main field), I increasingly focused on the body side of playing. For around 20 years I’ve taught with a special focus on bodywork, benefiting people with autism and with cerebral or physical limitations as well.
My expertise is the result of long-term body and self-experience, thousands of teaching hours, and ongoing development, including ballet and ballroom/Latin dance. Through ~30 years of self-reflection I’ve learned to meet people with empathy and offer thoughtful support. My additional studies in social work and social pedagogy broadened my “toolbox” with further methods of assistance.
I attended seminars with an experienced Tantra masseuse where various techniques were taught.
The “Big Draw” is sometimes included as a special breathing technique in Tantra massage—a method of gathering and holding energy in the body.
Some Tantra seminars teach it; others reject it for good reasons: the high head pressure involved can be risky if hidden or known aneurysms are present, potentially leading to dangerous complications. Since I cannot guarantee your health status, I refrain from this technique out of responsibility and due care.
A Tantra massage is intention-free and does not force anything. It is complete and valuable without the Big Draw. What matters is what happens in the moment—and that’s where its power lies. From my own experience, deep and wonderful feelings and experiences can unfold this way.
I’m very happy to hear that—and I’m glad to accompany you again. However, I consider a break of at least four weeks between sessions meaningful.
A wellness Tantra massage is a very intensive encounter: we come close physically and energetically, and a special sense of intimacy is created for the duration of the setting. As in life, after intensity there needs to be distance—time to reflect, integrate, and return to oneself.
After a massage, wishes, longings, or impulses to deepen the bond can arise. A pause helps to put these into perspective, regain independence, and take the experience with you as a valuable resource.
Once you’ve given yourself that time and returned to yourself, we can gladly cross paths again for another enriching encounter.
The easiest way is to book directly online via my calendar. There you’ll find all available slots. Click the one you want and you’ll be guided through the booking process. All necessary information will then be sent to you automatically.
Do you still have urgent questions? Send me a message.
Many of the slots I add to the calendar are booked up quickly in advance. A lead time of 3–4 weeks is therefore common. Short-notice appointments are unfortunately not possible.
